TERMS OF SERVICE

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing any services or products from the HYBRD ACADEMY website or BSports Member App (iOS/Android).

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

1. PURCHASES

When purchasing any product or service from HYBRD ACADEMY, you may be required to provide relevant personal details, including but not limited to:

  • Billing and shipping address

  • Health conditions or fitness level (if applicable)

2. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

To participate in any HYBRD ACADEMY activities, you must:

  1. Purchase a valid drop-in, membership, or pack.

  2. Reserve your session through our website or BSports Member App.

By completing a purchase, you enter into a legally binding contract with HYBRD ACADEMY, and both parties agree to fulfill their obligations as per these Terms & Conditions.

3. TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR drop-in SESSIONS

  • Includes 1 credit for any indoor session.

  • Valid for 1 month from the date of purchase.

  • Limit: 1 session per client.

  • Booking window: Opens 2 weeks before the session and remains open until the session starts.

  • Cancellations:

    • Allowed up to 2 hours before the session.

    • Late cancellations (less than 2 hours before the session) are non-refundable.

  • No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend without canceling, your credit will not be refunded.

  • Waitlist: If a session is full, a waitlist will open. When a spot becomes available, an email notification is sent, and the first person to book gets the spot.

  • Drop-in:

    • Cannot be exchanged for memberships.

    • Cannot be transferred or shared.

    • Remaining credits are non-refundable.

    • If you buy a membership later we will refund your DROP-IN.

  • Final Decisions: HYBRD ACADEMY reserves the right to make the final decision in case of disputes.

4. TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR MEMBERSHIPS

  • Booking Window: Opens 2 weeks before the session.

  • Cancellations:

    • Can be made up to 2 hours before the session.

    • Late cancellations (less than 2 hours before the session) are non-refundable.

  • No-Show Penalty Fee: €8.00

    • If you miss a session without canceling, your membership will be blocked until the penalty is paid (within 24 hours).

  • Waitlist: If a session is full, a waitlist will open. When a spot becomes available, an email notification is sent, and the first person to book gets the spot.

  • Membership terms:

    • Cannot be transferred or shared.

    • Billing: Monthly, starting from the date of purchase.

    • Cancellation: Must be requested via email at info@hybrdacademy.info at least 5 days before the next payment.

Example:

  • If your billing date is June 21, your next payment will be July 21.

  • If you wish to cancel, email us by July 16 (23:59 CET).

Pause Your Membership:

  • Can be paused for a minimum of 14 days and a maximum of 90 consecutive days.

  • A minimum of 30 active days is required before pausing again.

  • Membership must be paused via email (info@hybrdacademy.info) at least 5 days before the intended pause date.

  • Payment dates will be adjusted accordingly.

5. TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR PACKS

  • Booking Window: Opens 2 weeks before the session.

  • Cancellations:

    • Allowed up to 2 hours before the session.

    • Late cancellations (less than 2 hours before the session) are non-refundable.

  • No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend without canceling, your credit will not be refunded.

  • Credit Restrictions:

    • Credits cannot be exchanged for memberships.

    • Credits cannot be transferred or shared.

    • Remaining credits are non-refundable.

6. TRAINING TERMS

  • HYBRD ACADEMY guarantees a minimum of 7 sessions per week.

  • Sessions may take place indoor at the academy.

  • Locations, times, and trainer details are available via the BSports Member App.

  • Participants must bring their own fitness, bottle of water.

  • Trainer requests: Members cannot request specific trainers.

7. CHANGES TO TERMS & CONDITIONS

HYBRD ACADEMY reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be announced at least 10 days in advance.

8. RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Cancellation/Right of Withdrawal (Pack & Memberships)

  • You have 14 days from the date of purchase to cancel your pack or membership for a full refund, provided you have not used any credits or accessed digital content.

  • Cancellation requests must be sent to info@hybrdacademy.info.

Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds may take 3-14 business days and will be issued via the original payment method.

10. LIABILITY

All participants must sign a Waiver & Liability Release Form before joining any HYBRD ACADEMY sessions. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you agree that HYBRD ACADEMY is not liable for any injuries or damages incurred during training sessions.
